What To Do About Computer Eye Strain

Many of us are currently caught in the age where our career has us looking at either a computer screen or a phone screen for most of the day. This alone can cause irritation, headaches and what we call Computer Eye Strain.
Computer Eye Strain symptoms include, twitching eyelids, dry, irritated eyes, headaches, and tired eyes. I myself am dealing with that as I type this entry on LARGE PRINT!!!
What can we do to combat, Computer Eye Strain? Here are few things that we all can do to alleviate Computer Eye Strain.
1. Exercise Your Eyes. Everyone 20 minutes try looking away from your computer screen and try to refocus on something, such as a wall. You may also try looking out the window and enjoying nature. On breaks, instead of being on your phone try going outdoors, if the weather permits and get some good old sunshine. The Sun is there for a reason.
2. Use Eye Drops. Eye drops helps with dry eyes and redness. Get something that deals with dryness, burning, and irritations, yet moisturizes or lubricates the eye.
3. Get an Eye exam. You may want to look at getting and eye exam as well. An eye doctor will be able to determine if you need surgery, reading glasses, or regular glasses. They can also advise you on what condition your eyes are in.
4. Get you some fish oil tablets. Fish oil tablets helps not only heart and skin, but it does promote eye health as you age. Get some fish oil tablets from your local drug store or physician.
These are some tips to help take care of your eyes and relieve computer eye strain.
